It's better to create separate accounts to get bonus credit and later once you have used your referral bonus towards your bill, you can call fizz to make it a join account.1 -

try a hard reboot. also once it rebooted and you still dont see network try scanning for network under your settings to see if it shows any network in there.2 -

so far what i found is they will credit you for 2 years but not sure 100% better ask CS.33
